1. Call Monthly Town Board meeting to order at 7:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Approve the agenda
3. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
4. Read and approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes
6. Plan Commission update by L. Borleske
7. Resolution to Borrow funds and Sign loan paperwork from Board of Commissioners of Public Lands for snow plow truck and equipment. 
8. Leo Almeida, School Board Candidate introduction
9. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
10. Highway Report by C. Thompson
11. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
12. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
13. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
14. Treasurers Report and comments by L. Borleske
15. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board / Elections
16. Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
