1. Call Monthly Town Board meeting to order at 7:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Approve the agenda
4. Read and approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Read and approve Road Tour minutes
6. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes
7. Plan Commission update
8. Matt Filus, Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor, for a 13.4-acre CSM located in the NE ¼ - NE ¼, Section 1, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg in the Copper Creek subdivision off Horkan Road.  Owner of property is Tyler Meister.
9. Richard Blakeslee, Blakeslee Land Surveying, for a 1-acre CSM located in the SW ¼ - SW ¼, Section 9, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg at E5724 County Trunk Highway K.  Owners of said lands are Donald and Betty Davis.
10. Neil Pfaff, Vierbicher, representing Grede, LLC, requesting a renewal of a Conditional Use Permit to continue operation of sanitary landfill site located in Section 23, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, off Ski Hill Rd.
11. Open Sealed Bids for 2021 road project work
12. Discussion on possible bridge inspection on Prairie View Drive.
13. Discussion regarding current rate of compensation for part time employees, possible rate adjustment
14. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
15. Highway Report by C. Thompson
16. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
17. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
18. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
