1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. DMV rental agreement
7. Set date for Annual Meeting (typically the third Tuesday of April)
8. Set date for Road tour
9. New ambulance agreement
10. Discussion regarding Town hall ceiling issues
11. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
12. Highway Report by C. Thompson
13. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
14. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
15. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
16. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
17. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board / Elections
18. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
