Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion

1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6.   Steve Dempsey, CSM for a land division located in in NW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 9, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg at E5856 LaValle Street.  Owners of said lands are John and Shirley Scoles.  Both owners have passed away and the family would like to sell the two parcels.
7.  Matt Gavin and Brian Strutz, representing Larry Mundth Farms, to relocate a preservation easement from 2010 to a different portion of the property.
8. Open Sealed Bids for 2022 Various Aggregates
9. Open Sealed Bids for 2022 Road Projects
10.  Open Sealed Bids for Engineering on the Prairie View Bridge Project
11.  Open Sealed Bids for Ceiling Project to begin on June 16, 2022 and must be completed no later than July 5, 2022.
12.  Set Open Book – suggested date Thursday, June 2 from 5pm – 7pm
13. Set Board of Review – suggested date Thursday, June 9 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm

14. Highway Report by C. Thompson
15. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
16. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
17. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
18. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
19. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board / Elections
20. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
