1. Call Meeting to order at 7:15 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. Discuss and request approval for Roadway & Utility Easement from the City of Reedsburg for the area generally located in the Right of Way on Golf Course Road between Skinner Drive and Labansky Road
7. Discuss and request approval for Sanitary Sewer Easement from the City of Reedsburg for the area generally located in the Right of Way on Golf Course Road between Skinner Drive and the Baraboo River 
8. Ambulance Report by R. Klitzke
9. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
10. Highway Report by C. Thompson
11. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
12. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
13. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
14. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
15. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board
16. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
