1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.

6.    Marc Londo from Vierbicher Associates to present a CSM for Phoenix Construction LLC located in the SE ¼ of theNE¼, Section 13, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg on Junction Rd.  

7.  Update on Prairieview Drive Bridge project

8. Discussion on submission of paperwork for Bridge Aid, LRIP etc.
9. Confirm Road Tour date of Friday, April 14 @ 7:30am
10. Set Date for Annual Meeting (April 24, 7pm)
11. Set Date for Open Book (May 15, 4 – 6) and Board of Review  (May 22, 7-9)
12. Ambulance Report by R. Klitzke
13. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
14. Highway Report by C. Thompson
15. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
16. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
17. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
18. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
19. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board
