Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall

PRESENT:  Chad Allen, Rebecca Klitzke, Terri Connors, Rebecca Meyer, Clark Thompson, Kathy Schwartz

1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance – C. Allen called the meeting to order @ 7:00pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met- R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met by having an agenda posted on the Town website and Town hall door.
3. Adopt Agenda – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adopt the June 12, 2023 Agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion by Connors / Klitzke to approve the minutes from the May 2023 meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.  No one present
6. Ambulance report by R. Klitzke – R. Klitzke was unable to attend the meeting so David Allen attended in her place.  R. Klitzke read notes that were taken. 
7. Assessors Report by R. Meyer – R. Meyer spoke with Bob and the personal property that is less than $20 is unable to be processed.
8. Highway Report by C. Thompson

a.   Paving on Buckeye Rd is complete by Fahrner. 

b.   Shouldering was done

c.    Fahrner will chip seal Oak Crest on this Friday, June 16, 2023

9. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer

a.   Thomas Roll @  E5268 Old Ironton Rd for a Shed

b.   Sylas McBain @ E2722 CTY Rd K for a 32 x 44 shop

10. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments

a.   Terri Connors –  Nothing

b.   Rebecca Klitzke – Nothing

c.    Chad Allen – C. Allen will contact Nick Brey about the Prairie View Bridge.

11. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer Motion by Connors / Klitzke to pay the presented bills

a.   Cemetery information

12. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz –

a.   ACH Deposit – DOA - $277.32

b.   Deposits - $4,110.01 ($50 – Hall Rent, $30 – Special Assessment Letters, $1,835.54 – Recycling Grant, $494.47 – Ag conversion, $1,700 – Cemetery plots)

13. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board

1. Plan Commission – June 26, July 24. August 28 & Sept. 25 @ 6:30 pm
2. Town Board  –July 10 & August 7 @ 7:00 pm
13. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting)..
14. Adjourn – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adjourn at 7:42 pm.  Motion carried unanimously
