at the Reedsburg Town Hall

1.     Call Meeting to order at 7:19 pm by Chad Allen

2.     Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer Certified the open meetings law has been

3.     Adopt Agenda – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adopt the agenda

4.     Discussion, explanation, solution, and presentation of a CSM to clean up an overlap of 0.027 acres with the owners of lot 43 to the South of newly annexed Skinner properties.  The property owners of the .027 acres are Joseph and Evelyn Krol located in the Oak Crest subdivision. There was a Quorum at the Plan Commission meeting.  Nothing more was discussed.  Motion by T. Connors / R. Klitzke to recommend approval to the City of Reedsburg.  Motion Carried unanimously.

5.     Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). Nothing at this time

6.     Adjourn Motion by R. Klitzke / T. Connors to adjourn at 7:24 pm.
