Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall

Present:  Chad Allen, Rebecca Klitzke, Terri Connors, Kathy Schwartz, Becky Meyer, Gatlin Fenwick

1.    Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance. C. Allen called the meeting to order at 7pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

2.    Certify Open Meetings Law has been met. B. Meyer certified the meeting has been posted on the Town hall door and on the website.

3.    Adopt Agenda – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.

4.    Approve minutes from previous meeting. Motion by Klitzke / Connors to approve the minutes with a few corrections.

5.    Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. Jess Machovec introduced herself as the new County Treasurer.

6. Discussion and possible motion to approve the zoning of Shea Geffert entire new CSM to Residential. Part of the new CSM included assembling a portion of land that was in the AG zoning district. G. Fenwick presented the recommendation from the Plan Commission for approval of the entire CSM located in the NW ¼ - NE¼, and the SW ¼ - NE 1/4 , Section 12, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg being lot 130 of the Eagle Ridge Subdivision.  A portion of this parcel was acquired from the Reedsburg Country Club which is zoned Ag.  Shea Geffert, the owner of this parcel,  wants to clean it up and have it all zoned Residential. Motion by Connors / Klitzke to recommend approval to the ET Committee.  Motion Carried unanimously. 
7. Discussion and possible motion for the City Sanitary Sewer Agreement on Junction Rd. C. Allen presented a Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement from the City of Reedsburg to install public utilities on Junction Rd.  Motion by Klitzke / Connors to approve and sign the City Sanitary Sewer Agreement on Junction Rd.  Motion carried unanimously.
8. Assessors Report by R. Meyer – Nothing to report
9. Highway Report by C. Thompson – Clark is getting ready for the snow storm.  C. Allen gave the highway report.

1.    The Guardrail got hit going into Copper Creek by Joann Biesek.  She gave her insurance info to turn the bill in and they will pay for it.

10.                    Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer. 

1.    Joe Gray @ S3965 Thieman Hill Rd for a Barn Raze.

2.    Dennis Laukant @ E6681 Enterprise Drive for Temp Electric

11.                    Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments

1.    Terri Connors – nothing to report

2.    Rebecca Klitzke – Board of Review Training is in Wisconsin Dells

3.    Chad Allen – Received a phone call from Sauk County Sheriff, Eric Knull about the jake braking by the new Round A bout.

12.                    Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer. Motion by Klitzke / Connors. Motion Carried unanimously.

13.                    Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz. 

1.     Deposits - $220.00

2.     Dates for Election – Feb. 20^th, April 2, Augus 13 & Nov 5^th

14.                    Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board

1.     Town Board and Plan Commission Feb 12^th, March 11, April 8, May 13.

15.                    Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).  Nothing

16. Adjourn – Motion Klitzke / Connors @ 8:00 PM.
