Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
- Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
- Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
- Adopt Agenda
- Approve minutes from previous meeting
- Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
- Open Sealed Bids for Herritz Road Gravel
- Open Sealed Bids for Various Aggregrates
- Set Open Book Date - Thursday, October 17th - 8 am - 4pm
- Set Board of Review Date - Thursday, October 24th - 6pm - 8pm
- Resolution for Adopting Public Participation Plan and Procedures for Amending the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Reedsburg.
- Town Chair appoints Plan Commission Members
- Assessors Report by R. Meyer
- Highway Report by C. Thompson
- Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
- Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
- Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
- Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
- Review upcoming dates: Plan Commission / Town Board / Election Dates
- Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
- Closed Session: Roll call vote to hold closed session for the town board to discuss current wages, benefits and job description of the town patrolman, Clark Thompson and the compensation and benefits to offer upon the hiring of a new town patrolman at the retirement of Clark Thompson pursuant Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c).
- Reconvene in open session.
- Adjourn.
