Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion

1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met n accordance with § 985.02(2)(a).
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
6. Discussion and Possible action on a Resolution in Support of the Baraboo River being designated as a National Water Trail
7. Request for participation and promotion of the drinking water testing program in coordination with UW-Madison Extension Sauk County and Sauk County Land Resources and Environment to occur in late July. 
8. *Discussion and Possible action to consider the TTech online credit card payment option which offers taxpayers the ability to pay their property taxes online
9. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
10. Highway Report by C. Thompson
11. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
12. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
13. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
14. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
15. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board / Election Dates
16. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
17. Closed Session: Roll call vote to hold closed session for the town board to discuss current wages, benefits and job description of the town patrolman, Clark Thompson and the compensation and benefits to offer upon the hiring of a new town patrolman at the retirement of Clark Thompson pursuant Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c).
18. Reconvene in open session.
