Notice of Meeting to Adjourn Board of Review to Later Date

STATE OF WISCONSIN

 Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County

 

The Board of Review will meet on the 13th day of  May 2024 at 7:00 pm. at Reedsburg Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(1).

Due to the fact of the Town Revaluation in 2024, the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 24th day of October,  2024 at 6 pm.

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(2):  After the first meeting of the Board of Review and before the Board of Review’s final adjournment, no person who is scheduled to appear before the Board of Review may contact, or provide information to, a member of the Board of Review about that person’s objection except at a session of the Board of Review.

  4. Approve minutes from previous meeting
  5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes.
  6. Request for participation and promotion of the drinking water testing program in coordination with UW-Madison Extension Sauk County and Sauk County Land Resources and Environment to occur in late July. 
  7. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
  8. Highway Report by C. Thompson
  9. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
  10. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
  11. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
  12. Treasures Report and comments by K. Schwartz
  13. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board / Election Dates
  14. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
