1. Call Meeting to order at 7:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met

3. Adopt Agenda

4. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action

can be taken)

6. Plan Commission update by L. Borleske

7. Review a proposed 4.38 acre CSM for Steven Herritz at E5552 Herritz Road

to reconfigure a lot of record

8. Larry Mundth regarding assessors value from 2018 assessment

9. Hall Rental procedures and policies

10. Assessors Report by R. Meyer

11. Ambulance Report from Rebecca Klitzke given by R. Meyer

12. Highway Report by C. Thompson

13. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
