Monthly Town Board Meeting
at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion

Present:  Chad Allen, Rebecca Klitzke, Terri Connors, Becky Meyer, Kathy Schwartz, Brandon Wilmot

1. Chad Allen Called the Meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. Becky Meyer Certify Open Meetings Law has been met in accordance with §985.02(2)(a) with being placed on the Town Website and on the Town Hall Door.
3. Adopt Agenda – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adopt the January 13, 2025 agenda.
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to approve the minutes from the December 2024 meeting.
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. – Kathy Schwartz. 
6. Discussion of the dedication of the paved portion of Golf View Ct. as a Town road. Motion by Klitzke / Connors to decline to move forward with the previous dedication of the paved portion of Golf View Court as a Town Road due to provisions of information given by the Town attorney and State Statues 82.10, 82.11 and 82.12. Motion carried unanimously.  
7. Highway Report - Brandon Wilmot
1. Road Report –
1. December 19^th a car ran into the snow plow while stopped at the stop sign on Junction Rd.  There were a couple dings on the rim costing $294 that will be covered by their insurance. 
2. There was graffiti painted on the side of the town hall; it was removed with paint remover. 
3. Received prices for tire chains that need to be replaced and would like to get chains for the front wheels.  Rear set is $459, front set is $264 from Reedsburg Hardware.  A bag of 24 crosslinks for repairing the set of chains $338.  Unanimous decision to get the chains and crosslinks. 
4. Would like to get the tires siped to get more life wear out of the tires and better traction in snow and ice. Cost is $30 per tire. Unanimous decision to approve. 
5. Looked at different culverts and made a list of culverts that need repairs

3. Other comments (Garage / Hall, Cemeteries, Equipment, Plowing) - Nothing
8. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
1. Supervisor II - Terri Connors – Try to utilize WTA attorney for things that we have questions on.
2. Supervisor I - Rebecca Klitzke – a town resident contacted Rebecca about the railroad tracks on S. Golf Course being a potential hazard.  Two other town residents expressed concerns with the lack of sand on Golf Course Rd hill.  Called Mark Janikowski from GEC about the concerns with Dennis Butteris and was directed to contact Mike Parrott and a message was left.
3. Chair - Chad Allen – Sauk County Unit Meeting is at the new highway shop on February 20^th at 7pm.  The Town of Reedsburg will be supplying the food. 
9. Town Clerk - Becky Meyer
1. Assessor (Holloway Appraisal) Report – We
2. Building Inspector (GEC) Report – None
3. Monthly Vouchers -Motion by Connors / Klitzke to pay the bills.
4. Elections - February 18, 2025 and April 1, 2025 7am - 8pm

10. Treasures Report - Kathy Schwartz
1. Deposits (ACH, Interest & Checks / Cash) - $1,012. 87 ($490 – Hall Rent, $10 - SA Letter, $20.87 refund for Clarks phone,  $200 – building permit, $292 Ag Conversion – Todd Klitzke)
2. Dog License
3. Taxes - $812,370.39 was collected before December 31 and transferred from Reedsburg State Bank to WCCU
4. Review Calendar Dates
1. Plan Commission – January 27, February 24
2. Town Board – Feb 10, Mar 10, April 14 and May
3. Election – Feb. 18^th and April 1st
4. Hall Rentals (DOT & 4H Club)
5. Other comments
11. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting) – Rebecca Klitzke brought up the Board of Review is Saturday, February 8 at Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells.
12. Adjourn – Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adjourn at 8:43.
