All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a motion

• Call Meeting to order at 7:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
• Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
• Adopt Agenda
• Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken)
• Approve Minutes from previous meeting
• Plan Commission update by Plan Commission Chairperson, Linda Borleske
• Discussion on needed Town of Reedsburg Town Hall improvements, establish priorities, develop plan for sequence of completion.
• Assessors Report by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
• Highway Report by Town Patrolman, Clark Thompson
• Building Inspector (GEC) report by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
• Monthly updates from Town Board Members:
  • Town Supervisors, Paul Grosskrueger & Ervin Borleske
  • Town Chairperson, Carl Mundth
• Review of Monthly Invoices for Town Board approval by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
• Treasurers Report and comments by Town Treasurer, Linda Borleske
• Review upcoming dates:  Town Board / Plan Commission / Elections
• Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
• Adjourn
