Monthly Town Board Meeting @ 7:00 PM
at Town Hall located at 600 W. Main Street Reedsburg
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
Present: Chad Allen, Rebecca Klitzke, Terri Connors, Kathy Schwartz, Brandon Wilmot, Becky Meyer, Julie Barreau.
- Call Regular Town Board Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance. Chair, C. Allen, Called the Meeting to order at 7:20 pm.
- Certify Open Meetings Law has been met in accordance with §985.02(2)(a). Clerk, R. Meyer, Certify Open Meetings Law has been met in accordance with §985.02(2)(a) with being placed on the Town Website and on the Town Hall Door.
- Adopt Agenda. Motion by Klitzke / Connors to adopt the June 08, 2026, agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
- Approve minutes from previous meeting. Motion by Klitzke / Connors to approve the minutes from the May 2026 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
- Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. None
- David Allen to present a CSM located in the NW l/4-NW l/4 of section 23, township 12 North, Range 4 East, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 5.00 acres, more or less, and is subject to the rights-of-way of Ski Hill Road all utility easements of record. J. Barreau reported that the Plan Commission met prior to the Town Board meeting and recommended approval of the request for a CSM for David Allen to divide off 5 acres of parcel on Ski Hill Road. Chad Allen abstained from voting. Motion by Klitzke / Connors to recommend approval of a CSM for David Allen to divide off 5 acres of parcel on Ski Hill Road. Motion carried unanimously.
- Open Sealed Bids for aggregates – Postponed until July.
- Open Sealed Bids for various road projects – Postponed until July.
- Highway Report - Brandon Wilmot
a. Road Report – First round of mowing ditches is complete.
b. Driveway Permits – Kurt & Judy Wagner for the horse Arena off Grote Hill Rd.

7. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
a. Supervisor II - Terri Connors – Nothing
b. Supervisor I - Rebecca Klitzke – Went to the WTA Meeting and attended the Grede Foundry public hearing at the county for the Land Resources and Environment meeting.
c. Chair – Chad Allen – The safe in the basement would cost about $300 to have a locksmith open it. WCCU will let us close the Safe Deposit box with a $25
8. Town Clerk - Becky Meyer
a. Assessor (Holloway Appraisal) Report – None
b. Building Inspector (GEC) Report. –
· Aaron Asp @ E5595 Old Ironton Rd for a new Single Family Residence after fire.
· Shelly Netzer @ E6681 Enterprise Dr for a remodel after fire.
· Mike & Brenda Kozlowski @ S4794 Dunse Rd for a new Single Family Residence.
c. Monthly Vouchers - AP QuickBooks reports were emailed. Motion by Connors / Klitzke to pay the monthly vouchers. Motion carried unanimously.
d. Other comments – County Bridge Aid & Fee Schedule filled out and Becky will drop off at the Highway Dept.
9. Treasures Report - Kathy Schwartz-reported by Becky Meyer
a. Deposits – $421.00 ($100 – Hall Rent, $45 – Dog Tags, $226 – Building permits, $50 driveway permit)
b. ACH Deposits - $197.04 (20% goes to the county MFL)
c. Review Calendar Dates –
i. Plan Commission - July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12
ii. Town Board - July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12
iii. Hall Rentals and DOT & 4H Club.
iv. Elections: August 11 & November 3
e. Other comments – Nothing

11. Adjourn. Motion by Connors / Klitzke to adjourn the June 2026 monthly meeting at 7:54 pm.
