1. Call Meeting to order at 7:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Reading of the minutes from previous meeting by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
5. Approve Minutes from previous meeting by Town Board
6. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Maximum time 3 minutes
7. Plan Commission update by Plan Commission Chairperson, Linda Borleske
8. Ray Zobel & Sons Special Exemption Permit to authorize the continued operation of a non-metallic mining site, one acre or greater and a non-metallic mining reclamation permit
9. David Allen PRD of 1.96 acres at S3993 Grote Hill Rd to separate off the house and outbuildings
10. David Allen PRD preservation easement of 33.04 acres
11. Set Road Tour Date
12. Set Annual Meeting Date - Typically 3rd Tuesday of April
13. Continued discussion of Town of Reedsburg equipment and town hall repairs / improvements and needs
14. Assessors Report by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
15. Highway Report by Town Patrolman, Clark Thompson
16. Building Inspector (GEC) report by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
17. Monthly updates from Town Board Members
18. Review of Monthly Invoices for Town Board approval and Comments by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
19. Treasurers Report and comments by Town Treasurer, Linda Borleske
20. Review upcoming dates:  Town Board / Plan Commission / Elections
21. Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
