at  7:30 pm at Town Hall
All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a motion

1. Call Meeting to order at 7:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken)
5. Approve Minutes from previous meeting
6. Open Sealed bids for 2 replacement overhead garage doors. The board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
7. Review current nuisance ordinance and discuss any needed updates or changes
8. Ambulance report by David Allen
9. Plan Commission update by Plan Commission Chairperson, Linda Borleske
10. Assessors Report by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
11. Highway Report by Town Patrolman, Clark Thompson
12. Building Inspector (GEC) report by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
13. Monthly updates from Town Board Members:
14. Review of Monthly Invoices and comments by Town Clerk, Becky Meyer
15. Treasurers Report and comments by Town Treasurer, Linda Borleske
16. Review upcoming dates:  Town Board / Plan Commission / Elections
17. Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
18. Adjourn
