1. Call Meeting to order at 7:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Read and approve minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes
6. Plan Commission update by L. Borleske
7. Set Date for Caucus – Between Jan. 2 and Jan. 21 as per Wis. Stat. § 8.05 (1)(a).
8. Wisconsin Town Advocacy Council vs. Wisconsin Towns Association Memberships
9. Future town hall and town garage improvements
10. Future equipment needs
11. Assessors Report by R. Meyer
12. Ambulance report
13. Highway Report by C. Thompson
14. Building Inspector (GEC) report by R. Meyer
15. Chairman / Supervisor Reports and comments
16. Town Clerk presentation of monthly bills and comments by R. Meyer
17. Treasures Report and comments by L. Borleske
18. Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission / Town Board
19. Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
