Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, January 25, 2021 @ 7:30 pm
PRESENT: L. Borleske, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, M. Wuest (by phone), J. Dietz (absent)
Also Present: Jon Maas, Rebecca Klitzke
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting.
★Motion made by C. Mundth, Seconded by D. Allen to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★July Minutes were read. Motion made by D. Allen seconded by C. Mundth to approve the July minutes. Motion carried.
★CSM for Albert L. Fuhrman @ E5857 County Highway K – 13.519 acres. Presented by John M Maas from JMM Consulting from Green Bay. This will be used for apartment building like the Potters Hill apartment buildings near Farber Funeral home. There will be a total of 6 apartment buildings with 12 units with a one stall attached garages. The main access point will be off from CTH K and a secondary driveway off S. Preston Avenue. Motion by D. Allen, seconded by M. Wuest, to recommend approval of the 13.519 acre CSM to the Town Board on February 8. Motion Carried.
★Commission members updates - L. Borleske – will be stepping down as Plan Commission chair at the end of her term in April 2021. Has served in this capacity since 2004; David Allen - Nothing at this time; C. Mundth - Nothing at this time; M. Wuest – Would like our meetings to be held virtually.
★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, February 22 @ 7:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by C. Mundth, seconded by D. Allen to adjourn meeting at 8:14 pm. Motion carried.
