Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, August 23, 2021 @ 7:00 pm
PRESENT: T. Connors, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, M. Wuest, J. Dietz
Also Present: Richard Blakeslee
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting by being posted on the Town Website and on the front door. The agenda was also sent to the Plan Commission committee members, Town Board members and Richard Blakeslee.
★Motion made by C. Mundth seconded by M. Wuest to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★Minutes were read by R. Meyer. Motion made by D. Allen seconded by D. Dietz to approve the minutes as read. Motion carried.
★Richard Blakeslee, Blakeslee Land Surveying, for a CSM located in the SE ¼ - NE ¼, Section 13, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg at E7264 Junction Rd. It is currently approximately a 7-acre lot to be divided into a 2.62 acre and a 4.32 acre lots. The 2.62-acre lot will be gifted to the Owner of said land is Sandra Phillips. Motion by D. Allen seconded by M. Wuest to recommend approval to the Town Board. Motion Carried.
★. Motion by M. Wuest, seconded by D. Allen to recommend approval of the proposed CSM to the Town Board. Motion Carried.
★Commission members updates - David Allen - Nothing at this time; C. Mundth - Nothing at this time; M. Wuest – Nothing at this time; T. Connors – Nothing at this time.
★C. Mundth discussed some transactions going on within the Town.
★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, September 27 @ 7:00 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by J. Dietz, seconded by D. Dietz to adjourn meeting at 8:03 pm. Motion carried.
