1.     Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2.    Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3.    Adopt the agenda

4.    Present Minutes from previous meeting for approval

5.    Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken

6.    Gatlin Fenwick for a review of the existing Conditional Use Permit located at S2720 County Rd V, Reedsburg, WI for Pine Grove Park Bed & Breakfast (8 units).

7.    Gatlin Fenwick for a Zoning Variance to build a garage on a separate parcel located at S2720 County Rd V, Reedsburg

8.    Plan Commission Committee Members updates

9.    Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

10.  Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
