Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, May 9, 2022 @ 6:30 pm
PRESENT: T. Connors, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, M. Wuest, J. Dietz
Also Present: C. Allen, R. Klitzke, Matt Gavin, Brian Strutz, Will Christensen, Steve Dempsey
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting by being posted on the Town Website and on the front door.
★Motion made by J. Dietz seconded by M. Wuest to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★Minutes were read by R. Meyer. Motion made by C. Mundth / M. Wuest to approve the minutes with minor adjustments. Motion carried.
★Steve Dempsey, CSM for a land division located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 9, T12n, R4E at E5856 LaValle Road. There are two parcels that are ready to be sold. The both have their own tax parcel but a CSM was never completed. One Parcel is 3.70 acres and the homestead parcel is 12.9 acres. This is basically formality to get the proper CSM paperwork done to sell the said properties. Motion by D. Allen / J. Dietz to recommend approval of the CSM to the Town Board. Motion carried.
★Matt Gavin and Brian Strutz– Larry & Bridget Mundth property to relocate a preservation easement from 2010 to a different portion of the property. There are 327 acres of the farm that will be lotted off to sell. The Preservation Easement is currently on Parcel one and they would like to move it to Parcel 6. All parcels will be 35 or more acres with access to all parcels. Carl Mundth abstained from voting. Motion by M. Wuest / D. Allen to recommend approval to the Town Board. Motion carried.
★Commission members updates - David Allen - Nothing at this time; J. Dietz – Nothing at this time, C. Mundth - Nothing at this time; M. Wuest – Nothing at this time; T. Connors – Nothing at this time.
★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, June 27 @ 6:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by D. Allen / J. Dietz to adjourn meeting at 6:54 pm. Motion carried.
