Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, July 25, 2022 @ 6:30 pm
PRESENT: T. Connors, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, M. Wuest, J. Dietz
Also Present: Linda Borleske, Ervin Borleske
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting by being posted on the Town Website and on the front door.
★Motion made by C. Mundth seconded by M. Wuest to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★Minutes were read by R. Meyer. Motion made by J.. Dietz / M. Wuest to approve the minutes with minor adjustments. Motion carried.
★Anyone wishing to speak. No one spoke.
★Linda Borleske, CSM for a building parcel of 1.21 acres located in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 15, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg at E6248 Lane Drive with a mailing address of PO Box 161, Reedsburg, WI 53959. This will be a parcel to be sold to her daughter to build a house. Motion by M. Wuest / C. Mundth to recommend approval of the CSM to the Town Board. Motion carried.
★Commission members updates – No updates.
★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, August 29 @ 6:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by C. Mundth / J. Dietz to adjourn meeting at 6:49 pm. Motion carried.
