Plan Commission Meeting
Wednesday, August 25, 2022 @ 6:30 pm
PRESENT: T. Connors, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, J. Dietz
Also Present: Brian Strutz, Matt Gavin, Rebecca Klitzke, Chad Allen, Dan Dietz
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting by being posted on the Town Website and on the front door.
★Motion made by C. Mundth / J. Dietz to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★Minutes were read by R. Meyer. Motion made by D. Allen / J. Dietz to approve the minutes with minor adjustments. Motion carried.
★Anyone wishing to speak. No one spoke.
★Brian Strutz and Matt Gavin from Gavin Bros. presented CSM’s for multiple parcels for Larry & Bridget Mundth Farmstead Property in Town of Reedsburg located at S4340 County Road S, Reedsburg, WI 53959. New parcel lots are in acreage of 37.01, 40.32, 39.77, 39.15. Motion by D. Allen / J. Dietz to recommend approval of the presented CSMs to the Town Board. Carl Mundth abstained. Motion carried.
★Commission members updates – No updates
★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, September 26 @ 6:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by C. Mundth / D. Allen to adjourn meeting at 6:47 pm. Motion carried.
