Plan Commission meeting Minutes

Special Town Board Meeting

at the Reedsburg Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting
Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Julie Barreau, Becky Meyer, Marc Londo, Chad Allen, Rebecca Klitzke, Kathy Schwartz
1. Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance - by G. Fenwick
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer certified compliance with the open meetings law has been met by posting on the town website and on the front door of the Town hall.
3. Adopt Agenda- Motion by D. Allen / T. Connor to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion by D. Allen / J. Barreau to approve the minutes from the September 2022 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. No one Spoke
6. Discussion, explanation, solution, and presentation of a CSM to clean up an overlap of 0.027 acres with the owners of lot 43 to the South of newly annexed Skinner properties. The property owners of the .027 acres are Joseph and Evelyn Krol located in the Oak Crest subdivision. Marc Londo explained this is an error from 1966. A Quick Claim deed will be filed from the City to the owners of lot 43 for the .027 acres. Motion by T. Connors / D. Allen recommends approval of the presented CSM to the Town Board. Motion carried unanimously.
7. Committee Member comments – No comments.
8. Review upcoming dates: Plan Commission - March 27th, April 24th and May 22nd at 6:30 pm.
9. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). – Marc Londo mentioned that he will have an item for March 27th.
10. Adjourn - Motion by T. Connors / J. Barreau @ 7:15 pm.
