1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. Marc Londo from Vierbeicher Associates to present a CSM for Phoenix Construction LLC located in the SE ¼ of theNE¼, Section 13, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg on Junction Rd.

7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
