Plan Commission meeting Minutes
Monday, March 27, 2023
at 7:00 pm
at the Reedsburg Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting

Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Julie Barreau, Becky Meyer, Todd Berner, Gail Johnson, Janet Flynn

1.     Call Meeting to order at 7:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance - by Gatlin Fenwick

2.     Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer certified compliance.

3.     Adopt Agenda- Motion by D. Allen / T. Connors to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

4.     Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion T. Connors / J. Barreau to approve the minutes from the February meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.

5.     Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. No one Spoke

6.      Todd Berner from Phoenix Construction to present a CSM  located in the SE ¼ of theNE¼, Section 13, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg on Junction Rd. There was not a paper copy of the CSM brought to the meeting.  Todd reported that there are 20.96 acres that he would like to split into 3 lots.  2 of lots will be buildable and the third lot already has an existing house.  Janet Flynn asked about the easements on the property and where the gas lines are located.  These questions could not be answered.  Motion by D. Allen / T. Connors to postpone approval / denial of CSM until a map can be provided and the gas lines and easement can be marked out on the CSM. Motion carried unanimously.

7.     Committee Member comments – No comments.

8.     Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission – March 29th @ 6pm, April 24^th and May 22^nd at 6:30 pm.

9.     Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). – Discussion about preserving farm land and minimums of acreage. 

10. Adjourn - Motion by D. Allen / T. Connors @ 7:15 pm.
