Plan Commission Special meeting Minutes
Wednesday, March 29, 2023
at 6:00 pm
at the Reedsburg Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting

Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Julie Barreau, Mimi Wuest, Becky Meyer, Marc Londo, Todd Berner.

1.     Call Meeting to order at 6:00 pm with Pledge of Allegiance - by Gatlin Fenwick

2.     Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer certified compliance.

3.     Adopt Agenda- Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

4.     Marc Londo from Vierbicher & Associates and property owner Todd Berner from Phoenix Construction to present a CSM  located in the SE ¼ of theNE¼, Section 13, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg on Junction Rd. Marc Londo reported that there are 20.96 acres that Todd Berner would like to split into 3 lots.  2 of lots will be buildable and the third lot already has an existing house.  Surveyor’s Note number 6 mentions that there is a natural gas pipeline easement on the property. Motion by D. Allen / T. Connors to recommend approval of the presented CSM to the Town Board. Motion carried unanimously.

5.     Adjourn - Motion by J. Barreau / T. Connors @ 6:13 pm.
