Plan Commission meeting Minutes
Monday, June 26, 2023
at 6:30 pm
at the Reedsburg Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting

Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Julie Barreau, Becky Meyer, Paul Grosskrueger

1.     Call Meeting to order at 6:51 pm with Pledge of Allegiance - by Gatlin Fenwick

2.     Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer certified compliance.

3.     Adopt Agenda- Motion by D. Allen / J. Barreau to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

4.     Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion D. Allen / T. Connors to approve both sets of minutes from the March meetings.  Motion carried unanimously.

5.     Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. No one Spoke

6.     Paul and Kathy Grosskrueger to present a CSM located in the NW ¼ of the NW¼, Section 15, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg on Old Loganville Rd and Lane Drive. Paul Grosskrueger presented a CSM to split parcel 030-0593-0000 into two parcels.  One parcel includes the house and 16.05 acres and 15.74 acres of field.  Motion by D. Allen / T. Connors to recommend approval of the presented CSM to Town Board. Motion carried unanimously.

7.     Committee Member comments – No comments.

8.     Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission – July 24th @ 6:30 pm

9.     Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). Nothing has been discussed.    

10. Adjourn - Motion by J. Barreau / T. Connors @ 7:02 pm.
