Plan Commission meeting Minutes
Monday, August 28, 2023
at 6:30 pm
at the Reedsburg Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting

Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Julie Barreau, Becky Meyer, JT Mitchell

1.     Call Meeting to order at 6:51 pm with Pledge of Allegiance - by Gatlin Fenwick

2.     Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer certified compliance.

3.     Adopt Agenda- Motion by M. Wuest / J. Barreau to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

4.     Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion M. Wuest / T. Connors to approve both sets of minutes from the March meetings.  Motion carried unanimously.

5.     Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. No one Spoke

6.     TJ Mitchell for a 2-lot CSM located in the NE ¼ of the NW¼, Section 4, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg at S2579County Rd V. TJ Mitchell presented a 2-lot CSM.  One parcel includes the house and 2.01 acres and the other parcel will include 16.78 acres.  Motion by T. Connors / M. Wuest to recommend approval of the presented 2-lot CSM to Town Board. Motion carried unanimously.

7.     Committee Member comments – No comments.

8.     Review upcoming dates:  Plan Commission – September 25^th, 2023  @ 6:30 pm

9.     Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). Nothing has been discussed.    

10. Adjourn - Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest @ 6:57 pm.
