There could be a quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting 

All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. Shea & Krisha Geffert CSM LOCATED IN THE NW¼-NE¼AND THE SW¼-NE¼, SECTION 12, TOWN 12 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, TOWN OF REEDSBURG, SAUK COUNTY, WISCONSIN BEING LOT 130 OF THE EAGLE ADDITION TO REEDSBURG COUNTRY CLUB 

7. Discussion and possible motion to move the dates of the Plan Commission Committee meeting to occur on the same evening prior to the Town Board meetings.

8. Town Clerk would like to mention the following items no action needed.

    a.  CSM for TOWN OF WESTFIELD connecting with Town of Reedsburg Lands - property sold and new owner is having fencing issues with the neighboring landowner.

    b. Cty Rd V

    c.  New Garbage Pick-up using Toters

    d.  Great State Sauk Trail - Old Golf Course Rd. 

    e.  David Allen CSM 

9. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

10. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

11. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
