Plan Commission meeting Minutes
Monday, November 27, 2023
at 6:30 pm
at the Reedsburg Town Hall
All Items on the agenda are listed for discussion and possible motion
There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting
Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Julie Barreau, M. Wuest, Becky Meyer, Shea Geffert
1. Call Meeting to order at 6:36 pm with Pledge of Allegiance - by Gatlin Fenwick
2. Certify Open Meetings Law has been met – R. Meyer certified compliance.
3. Adopt Agenda- Motion by M. Wuest / T. Connors to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Approve minutes from previous meeting – Motion T. Connors / J. Barreau to approve the minutes from the August meetings. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Anyone wishing to speak about a topic that is not on the agenda (No action can be taken) Max 3 minutes. No one Spoke
6. Shea & Krisha Geffert for a CSM located in the NW ¼ - NE¼, and the SW ¼ - NE 1/4 , Section 12, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg being lot 130 of the Eagle Addition to the Reedsburg Country Club. Shea & Krisha Geffert presented a CSM to extend .02 acres into the Golf Course to make it into a buildable lot. Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest to recommend approval of the presented CSM to Town Board. Motion carried unanimously.
7. Discussion and possible motion to move the Plan Commission meeting to preced the monthly Town Board meetings. Motion by M. Wuest / J. Barreau to move the Plan Commission meeting to precede the Town Board Meeting. Motion carried unam
8. Town Clerk mentioned the following items.
1. CSM for Town of Westfield connecting with Town of Reedsburg lands. Property owners are having fencing issues.
2. Cty Rd V. – There have been complaints regarding a small business as there is a new owner.
3. New Garbage pick up with toters. This will begin in December
4. Great State Sauk Trail – Old Golf Course Rd. – There is still part of the OLD road there and would possibly be a good route.
5. David Allen – CSM - David Allen has a CSM for extending his lot on Ski hill Rd.
9. Plan Committee Member comments – Mimi commented about the rulings being on a public board and to recuse ourselves if there is ever a topic that directly affects them.
10. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). Julie Barreau commented that she would appreciate someone from the county to come and talk to the Committee.
11. The next meeting date would be December 11th then January 8th at 6pm.
12. Adjourn - Motion by M. Wuest / D. Allen @ 7:20 pm.
