All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. Matt Gavin to present a CSM BEING PART OF THE SE¼ OF THE SW¼ SECTION 32 TOWN 12 NORTH RANGE 4 EAST, TOWN OF REEDSBURG AND ALL OF THE NE¼ OF THE NW¼ AND PART OF THE SE¼ OF THE NW¼, SECTION 5 TOWN 11 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST,  TOWN OF WESTFIELD, SAUK COUNTY, WISCONSIN LOCATED ON PRAIRIE VIEW ROAD.

7. David Allen CSM LOCATED IN THE NW¼ OF THE NW¼ AND THE NE¼ OF THE NW¼, SECTION 23, T12N, R4E, TOWN OF REEDSBURG, SAUK COUNTY, WISCONSIN BEING LOCATED ON SKI HILL ROAD.

8. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

9. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
