There could be a quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting 

All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. Cassandra Fowler and Will Christensen from Sauk County Land Resources and Environment to introduce themselves and give a presentation what they all do for the Townships.

7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss

10. Adjourn
