Plan Commission Meeting @ 6:30 pm

There is a possibility of a Quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting

Present:  Gatlin Fenwick, Terri Connors, David Allen, Mimi Wuest, Julie Barreau, Becky Meyer, Will Christensen, C. Fowler, C. Allen, R. Klitzke

1.Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance – G. Fenwick called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law – B. Meyer certified compliance with Open Meetings Law.

3. Adopt the agenda Motion by  M. Wuest / D. Allen.  Motion carried.

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting. Motion by J. Barreau / M . Wuest. Motion carried.

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit).  No one in attendance.

6. Cassandra Fowler and Will Christensen from Sauk County Land Resources and Environment to introduce themselves and give a presentation what they all do for the Townships. Will Christensen introduced himself as the Land Use Technician that works with residents in the Town of Reedsburg that need permits or have questions regarding Land Use, Planned Rural Development, Conditional use Permits and other questions that town residents may have.  Cassandra Fowler introduced herself as the Planner for Sauk County and assisting Towns to update their Comprehensive Plan in 2024. Town of Reedsburg is due to have their Comprehensive Plan update.  The Committee decided to get started on the update.

7.  Plan Commission Committee Members updates.  No Updates.

8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). None

9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss. April 8,2024 if there is anything.

10. Adjourn – Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest to adjourn at 7:00 pm.
