All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:45 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. Review, discuss and approve survey questions for the residents of the Town of Reedsburg to help direct the Committee to update the Comprehensive Plan

7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss

10. Adjourn
