Plan Commission Minutes

Plan Commission Meeting @ 6:00 pm

at Reedsburg Town Hall, Monday, May 13, 2024

PRESENT: Terri Connors, Mimi Wuest, Julie Barreau, David Allen, Becky Meyer.

ABSENT: Gatlin Fenwick (excused)
ALSO PRESENT: Donna Bradley, Robin Brenner, Kari Walker, Cassandra Fowler (6:50)

1.   Call Plan Commission to order at 6:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance. T. Connors called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 6:03 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

2.   Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law in accordance with §985.02(2)(a). R. Meyer certified that the meeting is in compliance with the Open Meetings Law in accordance with §985.02(2)(a) by being posted on the Town website and the Town hall front door.

3.   Adopt the agenda. Motion by D. Allen / M. Wuest to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

4.   Approve the Minutes from previous meeting. Motion by M. Wuest / J. Barreau to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. Motion carried unanimously.

5.   Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit). Kari Walker introduced herself and wanted to see what was all part of updating the Comprehensive Plan and she brought Robin Brenner with her.

6.   REVIEW PROCEDURES FOR UPDATING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF REEDSBURG. Discussion took place of how we want to proceed with updating the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Reedsburg.  We will take a couple chapters at time for discussion and see if there are changes needed.  We will start at the June 10^th meeting and see how that goes.  If needed, we will change our meeting date to the 4^th Monday of the month so Cassandra Fowler from the County can direct us through the updating process.

8.   Plan Commission Committee Members updates. Nothing at this time

9.   Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting). No one spoke

10. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss. June 10, 2024 at 5:45pm

11. Adjourn. Motion by J. Barreau / D. Allen to adjourn at 7:04pm.  Motion carried unanimously.
