1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. REVIEW PROCEDURES FOR UPDATING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF REEDSBURG

7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss

10. Adjourn

       The Town of Reedsburg will be revising the Comprehensive Plan which is inclusive of six specific focus group study areas as identified in the chart below.  These focus groups are made up of ‘experts’ and include governmental officials and representatives of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan Committee.  Most importantly, the focus groups include residents and landowners in the Town of Reedsburg.

One way we would like to get public input is to invite residents and landowners of the Town to become members of one of the focus groups.  The number of focus group meetings will vary depending upon the issues and discussion brought forth.  The meetings are expected to begin in June and run through October

If you are interested in becoming a member of one of the focus groups, please place a check in the appropriate box.  So that we may contact you, please provide your full name, address and phone number. 

If you do not wish to become a member of a focus group, there will be numerous opportunities for public review though a community vision session and open house to review and comment on the draft Comprehensive Plan.  Notices of such opportunities will appear on the town website and postings at the town hall.  Additionally, comments and questions can be directed to the Town Clerk, Becky Meyer at (608) 524-3999.
