All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law §985.02(2)(a) 

3. Adopt the agenda

4. Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6. Christian Christner to present a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a farm rental and storage business at his residence on Grote Hill Rd. 

7.  Neil Pfaff, Vierbicher Associates, to present a 4 lot CSM for Freeman Decorah Located at  E6352 Ski Hill Rd.

8. Plan Commission Committee Members updates

9. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

10. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss

11. Adjourn
