Plan Commission Meeting Minutes

Plan Commission Meeting @ 6:30 pm

at Reedsburg Town Hall

Monday, September 16, 2024

There could be a quorum of Town Board members present at this meeting 

All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

 PRESENT: T. Connors, J. Barreau, M. Wuest, D. Allen, B. Meyer

ABSENT: G. Fenwich

ALSO PRESENT:  Dawn Weber

1.    Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance. T. Connors called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 6:30 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

2.    Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law. B. Meyer certified that the meeting is in compliance with the Open Meetings Law by being posted on the Town Hall front door and on the Town Website.

3.    Adopt the agenda. Motion by Barreau / Connors to adopt the agenda.

4.    Approve the Minutes from previous meeting  Motion by Wuest / Barreau to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. Motion carried unanimously

5.    Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit).  No One Spoke

6.    CSM for Donald and Dawn Webber. D. Webber presented a CSM to combine the two lots that their house is split on into one parcel. Also, the well is on one lot and the septic is on the other lot.  Motion by Wuest / Allen to recommend approval to the Town Board.  Motion carried unanimously.

7.    Plan Commission Committee Members updates.  Nothing to update.

8.    Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).  Nothing

9.    Next meeting. There will be a meeting on September 23 for updating the Comprehensive Plan.

10. Adjourn. Motion by Allen / Barreau at 6:37pm.  Motion carried unanimously.
