1.  Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance

2.  Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law Wis. Stat. §985.02(2)(a)

3.  Adopt the agenda

4.  Approve the Minutes from previous meeting

5.  Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)

6.  Neil Pfaff from Vierbicher regarding a CSM for the division of Parcel 030-0606-00000 on Ski Hill Rd. requested by Blaine & Wendy Bill and Freeman Decorah, LLC.

7.  Plan Commission Committee Members updates

8.  Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).

9.Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
