All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion

1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law Wis. Stat. §985.02(2)(a)
3. Adopt agenda
4. Approve Minutes from previous meeting (January 2026)
5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3minute limit)
6. A CSM for Decorah Farms LLC located at E6352 Ski Hill Rd. in SE 1/4  SW 1/4 of Section 15, T12N, R4E Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County.  Owner of  property is Freeman Decorah.  This CSM divides an 8.99 acre tax parcel number 030-0606-12000 into two Lots.  One lot is 1.08 and the other lot is 7.91 acres. 
7. Plan Commission Committee Members updates
8. Anything else reasonably related to the agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
9. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
10. Adjourn
