Town of Reedsburg
Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, December 9, 2019 @ 7:30 pm

PRESENT: L. Borleske, C. Mundth, R. Meyer (15 minutes late), D. Allen, J. Dietz, M. Wuest,
Also Present:  Steve Herritz

1. Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 7:16 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting.
3. Motion made by D. Allen, seconded by M. Wuest to adopt the Plan Commission agenda. Motion carried.
4. Motion made by D. Allen seconded by M. Wuest to approve the August minutes.  Motion carried.
5. Steve Herritz proposed a 4.38 acre CSM at E5552 Herritz Road to reconfigure a lot of record.  Motion by M. Wuest, seconded by C. Mundth to recommend the CSM to the Town Board.  Motion carried.
6. Commission members updates - L. Borleske - went to the Environment Land Resources meeting; David Allen - Nothing at this time;  C. Mundth - Nothing at this time; M. Wuest - Nothing at this time; J. Dietz - Nothing at this time.
7. Next meeting is set for Monday,  January 27 @ 7:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
8. Motion by J. Dietz, seconded by D. Allen to adjourn meeting at 7:23 pm. Motion carried.
