1. Call Plan Commission to order at  7:30 pm
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law
4. Adopt the agenda
5. Reading of the Minutes from previous meeting
6. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken
7. Approve the minutes from the previous meeting
8. Oaths of Office for Committee members David Allen, Mimi Wuest and John Dietz
9. CSM for David Allen to create a new parcel on Ski HIll Rd
10. Plan Commission Committee Members updates
11. Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
12. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
13. Adjourn
