Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, July 27, 2020 @ 7:30 pm
PRESENT: L. Borleske, C. Mundth, R. Meyer, D. Allen, J. Dietz, M. Wuest (Absent),
Also Present: Rebecca Klitzke, Larry Mundth, Leroy Lambright, Mary Lambright
★Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
★R. Meyer certified that the open meetings law has been met for the Plan Commission meeting.
★Motion made by C. Mundth, Seconded by J. Dietz to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
★May Minutes were read. Motion made by C. Mundth seconded by J. Dietz to approve the May minutes. Motion carried.
★Leroy Lambright @ E5294A Herritz Rd, Reedsburg, WI - Parcel # 030-1003-00000 for a conditional use permit for a home based business within his 24 x 40 garage. Plastic cabinets, A guy from Indiana will be filling the orders, Leroy will have little equipment. Leroy would be the middle man, he would assemble, install and deliver if the customer would like him to. Will advertise in newspaper and put a sign by the road. There will be a few delivery trucks. Review of the Conditional Use Permit requirements and booklet from Will Christensen from Sauk County. All areas will be met with the purposed small home based business regarding the County requirements. The economic development plan for the Town of Reedsburg Plan Commission also fits the description of the uses purposed. Motion by D. Allen, seconded by C. Mundth, to recommend approval of the Conditional Use permit for a home based business to the Town Board on August 12. Motion Carried.

★Next Plan Commission meeting is set for Monday, August 24 @ 7:30 pm if there is anything to be discussed.
★Motion by C. Mundth, seconded by D. Allen to adjourn meeting at 7:58 pm. Motion carried.
