All Items on the agenda have the possibility of a Motion
1. Call Plan Commission to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance
2. Certify compliance with Open Meetings Law
3. Adopt the agenda
4. Reading and Approve the Minutes from previous meeting
5. Anyone wishing to speak that is not on the agenda - No action can be taken (3 minute limit)
6. Steve Dempsey, CSM for a land division located in in NW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 9, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg at E5856 LaValle Street. Owners of said lands are John and Shirley Scoles. Both owners have passed away and the family would like to sell the two parcels.
7. Matt Gavin and Brian Strutz, representing Larry Mundth Farms, to relocate a preservation easement from 2010 to a different portion of the property.
8. Plan Commission Committee Members updates
9. Anything else reasonably related to the Agenda. (No action can be taken at this meeting).
10. Next meeting date if there is anything to discuss
